  • National Early Childhood Technical Assistance System
    NECTAS is a national technical assistance consortium working to support states, jurisdictions, and others to improve services and results for young children with disabilities and their families. Our consortium is composed of the following six organizations: NECTAS Consortium Partners: Frank Porter Graham Child Development Center at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (the NECTAS coordinating office); Center on Disability Studies at the University of Hawai‘i at Manoa; Federation for Children with Special Needs, Boston, Massachusetts; Georgetown University Child Development Center, Washington, D.C.; National Association of State Directors of Special Education (NASDSE), Alexandria, Virginia; and ZERO TO THREE, Washington, D.C.
